You will receive notifications from Royal Mail by email and text the day before and on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery window of 2 hours. You will have the opportunity to make alternative delivery arrangements if you won't be home.
Every order is carefully packaged and secured for the safety of delivery and insured for the value of up to £20 in the event of damage or loss during delivery.
No returns will be accepted on any sale items except for any damage sustained during delivery.
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we will accept returns of any item that is unused and wrapped in its original packaging.
Please contact us at email@example.com to request a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unused items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Any returned item must be in its original condition and packaging (unless damaged).
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs. Delivery costs are non-refundable
(unless discussed in person, of which we will supply you with a prepaid tracked delivery option)
If you are shipping an item over £20 value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Gift cards will be subject to verification at time of presentation and we reserve the right not to accept any gift cards that have or appear to have been forged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
Gift cards to be redeemed in-store only.
Valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
There are additional costs associated with provision of a posted gift card. Such costs are added to the point of delivery options (online purchase only) and will be paid at the point of purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a postal gift card.
Gift cards can be used for part or full payment of all food & beverage items, as well as all individual equipment, merchandise or coffee beans. (Gift Boxes not included)
If the initial cost of sale when redeeming the gift card exceeds the amount of the gift card, the balance must be paid in full by either cash or credit/debit card at the point of sale. Any remaining funds after redemption can be used in other transactions.
Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards and as such, lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded, although with proof of initial purchase and unique code given to each card via email, we may be able to redeem the remaining balance in store.
